    1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    1.1 Eligibility

    Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
    Items showing signs of installation, damage, or missing parts are not eligible.

    Electrical items (lighting, controllers, wiring, harnesses, pods, whips, chase bars, switch panels, etc.) are FINAL SALE once opened or installed.

    1.2 Non-Returnable Items

    • Electrical components

    • Installed items (labor is final sale)

    • Custom or special-order items

    • Fabricated or modified parts

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Items damaged after delivery

    • Items exposed to chemical cleaners or corrosive products

    1.3 Restocking Fees

    Approved returns may incur a 15–25% restocking fee.

    1.4 How to Start a Return

    • Photos of the item

    Customer is responsible for return shipping unless LOA shipped the wrong or defective item.

    1.5 Inspection & Refunds

    Inspection may take up to 3 business days after receipt.
    Refunds typically take 5–10 business days.
    Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to release funds.

    1.6 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    Damage, defects, or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
    If LOA is at fault, we will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement.


    2. INSTALLATION POLICY

    2.1 1-Year Installation Warranty

    All installations performed by Lawless Off-Road Accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty against workmanship defects only.
    This covers LOA installation errors.

    This warranty does NOT cover:

    • Part failure

    • Customer-caused damage

    • Off-road impacts, rollovers, or collisions

    • Water intrusion

    • Wear and tear

    • Modifications

    • Third-party interference

    Labor for reinstallation caused by part failure or customer damage is not included.

    If a part fails, manufacturer warranty applies to parts only; labor is billable.

    2.2 Installation Final Sale

    All installation labor is final sale.
    LOA is not responsible for damage caused by off-road use, impacts, misuse, water intrusion, corrosion, lack of maintenance, or customer modifications.
    Customers must inspect vehicles at pickup. Leaving the premises = full acceptance of installation.


    3. WARRANTY POLICY

    3.1 LOA Parts & Accessories Warranty

    LOA warrants that new parts and accessories purchased in-store or online and installed by LOA or an authorized dealer are free from manufacturing defects for:

    6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first),
    or
    the manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater.

    Warranty does NOT cover:

    • Wear and tear

    • Improper installation or wiring

    • Customer-caused damage

    • Off-road impacts or rollovers

    • Pressure washer or water damage

    • Heat, sun, or corrosion

    • Modified, cut, spliced, painted, or altered items

    • Mixing brands or altering components

    • Use of chemical cleaners (voids warranty instantly)

    Labor is not included under any circumstance.
    Warranty covers parts only.

    3.2 Lawless LED Whips — Limited Lifetime Warranty

    Valid only for the original purchaser.
    Covers LED, controller, and wiring defects caused by manufacturing.

    Does NOT cover:

    • Bending, breaking, impacts

    • Water intrusion

    • Sun damage or abrasion

    • Modifications or rewiring

    • Improper installation

    • Chemical exposure

    Customer-caused damage qualifies for replacement at 20% off MSRP.
    Customer pays shipping to LOA for inspection.

    3.3 Warranty Claim Process

    Email info@lawlessaccessories.com with proof of purchase, photos, and a detailed description.
    RA# issued within 1–3 business days.
    Ship the item with RA# clearly marked.
    Inspection may take up to 3 business days.
    Covered defects receive a replacement; customer-caused damage receives a discounted replacement offer.

    Unapproved or extra items sent may be discarded.


    4. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & FRAUD PROTECTION

    4.1 Contact Requirement Before Dispute

    Customers agree to contact LOA directly to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback with their bank or card provider.

    4.2 Unauthorized Chargebacks

    Filing a dispute without contacting LOA first is considered misuse of the dispute system.

    Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

    • Permanent ban from future purchases

    • Voided warranties

    • Account being sent to collections

    • Legal recovery action

    4.3 Information Provided to Banks

    For every dispute, LOA submits:

    • Invoices & receipts

    • Customer signatures

    • Installation photos

    • Vehicle pickup records

    • Texts, emails, and call logs

    • Warranty & return policies

    • Security footage (when applicable)

    This protects the business from fraudulent or abusive disputes.


    5. ADDITIONAL TERMS

    • Special-order items are non-refundable.

    • LOA is not responsible for manufacturer delays or backorders.

    • Vehicles not picked up within 3 business days incur $20/day storage fees.

    • Abandoned vehicles follow a 20-day legal notice before sale.

    • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

    • Off-road driving increases wear; maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
