Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility & Condition

• Submit return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition with tags, manuals, and packaging.

• Electronics (controllers, head units) returnable within 15 days.

• Proof of purchase required for all returns.

1.2 Exceptions

• Non‑returnable: perishables; custom/personalized goods; opened beauty products; hazardous materials; sale items; gift cards.

• Special orders may incur a 20% restocking fee.

1.3 Return Process

1. Contact us at info@lawlessaccessories.com with order number and reason.

2. Receive RMA: within 1–3 business days.

3. Ship item: mark RMA on package and send to:

   • Customer pays shipping; retain tracking number.

1.4 Inspection & Refunds

• Inspection completed within 3 business days of receipt.

• Refund issued within 10 business days to original payment method.

• Allow 3–5 additional days for bank/card processing.

• For delays beyond 15 business days post-approval, email info@lawlessaccessories.com.

1.5 Exchanges

• To exchange, return original for refund then place a new order for the replacement.

1.6 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Report defects, damage, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.

• We cover return shipping and expedite replacements at no charge.

2. Warranty & Repair

2.1 General Warranty (Other Brands)

• 90-day coverage against manufacturer defects unless otherwise specified.

• Void if item is altered, installed improperly, painted, or misused.

• See each brand’s “Warranty” link on its product page for full terms.

2.2 🔰 Lawless Off‑Road LED Whips Limited Lifetime Warranty

Non‑transferable; valid for the original purchaser for the whip’s normal service life.

Covered:

• LED failures or flicker from manufacturing defects

• Controller or wiring faults due to production errors

• Broken mounting hardware from material or workmanship defects

Exclusions:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, collisions or accidents

• Unauthorized modifications (cut wires, repainting, disassembly)

• Custom specifications or third‑party shop installations against guidelines

• Products from unauthorized resellers or industrial/commercial use

• Consumables & accessories: remotes, flags, swivel clips, extra wiring, hardware

2.3 User‑Caused Damage & Replacement

• Damage from user error qualifies for replacement at 20% off MSRP.

• Invoice for replacement fee emailed after inspection; payment required before shipping.

• Customer pays shipping to us; ground return shipping of replacements is covered by us.

2.4 Warranty & Repair Process

1. Submit Claim: complete the Warranty Request Form with proof of purchase, photos, and description.

2. Receive RA#: within 1–3 business days by email.

3. Ship to Us: mark RA# on package; ship via chosen carrier; retain tracking number (customer pays shipping).

4. Inspection: we verify defect vs. user damage:

   • Covered defect: no fee; we ship repaired/replacement whips back via ground shipping at our expense.

   • User damage: invoice for 30% replacement fee; replacements ship after payment.

Important: Only include items listed on your RA form. Unmarked or extra items may be discarded.

2.5 Pair‑of‑Whips Rule

• Both whips in a pair must be returned—this ensures matching color and output, even if only one whip is faulty.
